After School Care Supervisor

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision of after school workers.
Hiring of after-school workers and managing schedules.
Supervision of students in the after-school program.
Purchase snacks and other items necessary to run the program.
Complete all necessary paperwork and forms for families to participate in the program.
Communicate with the school office on family billing.
Complete paperwork as required by the State of Michigan.
To understand and follow licensing rules.
Other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education and Requirements:
Must hold a minimum of an associate’s degree in education or other related fields.
Submit appropriate recommendations;
Ability to work timely and with minimum supervision.
Licensing Requirements:
Fingerprints
CPR and First Aid
Health and Safety Trainings (online training)
TB test
Physical Requirements:
Able to maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
