New Life, St. Luke, University Lutheran Chapel, and St. Paul missed seeing you in 2020 for Vacation Bible School. We are planning for an exciting VBS experience this summer with TREASURED VBS. VBS will be held OUTSIDE at St. Paul School Ann Arbor, 495 Earhart Road. VBS is open to children who have turned 4 by June 1 through children who have completed 4th grade. The dates for VBS this year are June 21, 22, and 23 from 9 AM - 12 PM, with rain dates on June 24 and 25. The cost is $20 per child with a family maximum of $40. We are also offering VIRTUAL VBS this year! Tell your friends and family; you can join from anywhere in the world! You will receive a packet with music and crafts, and you will get access to VBS videos. Children of any age can participate. The cost is $12 per child with a family maximum of $30.

 

We are in need of adult volunteers! We are currently only looking for volunteers who college-age and above. (We may be looking for high school and middle school volunteers soon!) Volunteers should be available for all five days, understanding that we will only meet for three of the days. • This program is currently limited to 20 students. 
• Registration priority is given to current St. Paul families through April 4. Registration will open to the public on April 5. Please check back here for the registration link. REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY FULL.
• You must register for at least two full days or four half-days a week in order for your registration to be completed.
• You must register for at least six (out of the eight total) weeks in order for your registration to be completed.
• You will be charged a non-refundable $200 fee upon registration. This fee will be applied to your tuition for the summer.
• Tuition will be billed at a cost of $37 per day (half-day) or $57 (full-day).
• Camps will run from  June 14 – August 13. We will be closed the week of July 5 - July 9. You must commit to at least 6 weeks of paid enrollment.
• Daily Camp drop-off is between 8 am and 8:45 am daily. All campers must be dropped off by 8:45 am unless previously communicated to staff.

• Daily Camp pick-up is at 11:45 am for half-day campers and between 3 pm and 6 pm for full-day campers.

• Camps are supervised by Mr. Brandon Kruger and staffed by St. Paul employees.

 

1. A partial refund will be issued if a student is isolated or quarantined due to COVID. The student must provide proof in the form of a positive test result or quarantine order issued by the Washtenaw County Health Department or the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.

 

2. If a camp is canceled due to any of the following reasons, a full refund will be issued:

-Instructor is isolated or quarantined due to COVID and a substitute instructor cannot be found

-The Washtenaw County Health Department requires closure of the camp due to a positive COVID case or cases

-The minimum number of students have not enrolled in the camp one week prior to the start of the camp
