Welcome to our student information system, FACTS. This system will allow parents to update their contact information and pay tuition and fees online. This is also the link to check your student's grades, assignments, and attendance.

Welcome to the 2024 - 2025 school year! Please use the following list to purchase supplies for your child for the coming year.

Please label as many of these items as possible with your child's name. Clicking on the classroom grade highlighted in blue will bring you to an Amazon supply list for your convenience. Please note: not all school supplies are on the Amazon lists, such as gym shoes, backpacks, etc. Please refer to the paper copy for the complete list of items needed for each grade.

The Amazon lists are for item verification and ordering if you choose. Please make sure to refer to the paper copy of the supply list for quantities needed. You are welcome to order from Amazon, but please be aware that if you only need 1 of a certain item, you may not be able to order a single item from Amazon.

2024-2025 School Supply list

St. Paul encourages parents to actively participate in school life, supporting our students and staff and fostering productive and positive relationships between parents and school. Various volunteer opportunities enable parents to select areas of interest. Many parents help out with Parent-Teacher Leagues (PTL) - sponsored school activities. Family fellowship events such as back to school picnics and the PTL Benefit Auction build relationships among school families and staff. Assisting in the classroom, library and computer lab enriches our programs, and our kitchen volunteers enable us to offer a complete hot lunch program. All volunteers who work with children at St. Paul Lutheran School must comply with clearance screening.

Do you know there is an easy way for you to help support our school AND get a discount on your tuition? It's simple! When you purchase gift cards through our SCRIP program, the school receives a percentage of the money you spend, and YOU receive a percentage of the money as a credit on your tuition! Everyone has to buy gas and groceries ... your purchases can help St. Paul. All it takes is a little planning on your part. They make great and easy gifts too.

What is Scrip?

Scrip cards are gift cards from national and local retailers. They are the same ones that you buy at the store.

How does St. Paul School make money from Scrip?

Participating retailers sell us the gift cards at a discount. School families buy the gift cards for face value and redeem them for face value.

How do families get money off their tuition?

Half of the money the school earns from each Scrip card purchase is credited to the family's tuition. Each retailer returns a certain percentage of the card value to St. Paul, anywhere from 1.5% to 18%, and half of that amount goes toward the purchasing family's tuition. For example, Speedway returns 4% to St. Paul, so a $100 Speedway card returns $4. (St. Paul buys the Speedway card for $96 and sells it for $100.) $2 goes to PTL and $2 comes off the purchasing family's tuition.

What stores participate?

There are hundreds of retailers that participate with Scrip, including Meijer, Walmart, Kohl's, Speedway, Red Robin, Panera, Land's End, Gap, BP, Wendy's and many more. You can see a complete list of the participating retailers and their percentage returns at:

How do I buy Scrip?

You can purchase Scrip in person or online. Several cards (especially gas cards) can also be reloaded, meaning that you add funds to your existing Scrip cards.

A. In person -Scrip has a desk in front of the school office. Our hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday mornings from 8:15 a.m. - 9 a.m. You may purchase cards that we have on hand or place an order for a specific retailer or a specific amount. Orders are placed on Monday and your cards will be available on Friday morning.

B. Online -You may also place an order online for pick up at school or email delivery. Please go to the following website. The St. Paul School ID Code for Shop With Scrip online registration is 849E214B3L78

Does Scrip have grocery store cards?

Yes! Several stores, including Busch's, Meijer, Walmart and Target have regular Scrip cards. KROGER and BUSCH'S have special instructions/programs with Scrip.

• KROGER Community Rewards - Reigster your Kroger card on line for school benefits. Even if you registered for Kroger last year, YOU MUST RE-REGISTER EACH YEAR IN APRIL. Go to krogercommunityrewards.com to sign in with an existing account or create a new account. You need to enter the following ID number for St. Paul School: 83428
• Busch's Cash for Education - Register your Busch's cash for education cards online through the My Way Program. Cash for Education cards are available at the scrip desk.

KROGER Scrip Instructions

The Parent-Teacher League (PTL) is about coming together to support our school community. By raising additional funds, we help enrich the educational experiences of our students and create opportunities for parents and teachers to work hand-in-hand in nurturing children—spiritually, mentally, physically, socially, and academically. While the PTL doesn't set the school's administrative policies, we support them, ensuring the best for our students and their future.

1.  “Referring family” is defined as any current St. Paul school family, and “new family” is defined as Kindergarten through eighth grade families that are applying and have been admitted to St. Paul (K-8) for the first time.
2. The enrollment process in FACTS contains the following question: “Did someone refer you to St. Paul? If so, please provide their name.”
   1. New families may only name one referring family.
   2. The referring family’s name must appear on the application in order for them to receive credit.
3. The referring family will receive a $250 credit on their tuition statement after the new family (K-8) has been enrolled for three months and is in good standing.
4. The credit is per new family; additional credit is not given for multiple children in that family.
